Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18to 45years with cervicogenic headache for more than 3 months Unilateral headache originating from neck region Pain aggravated by neck movement Reduced cervical range of motion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females. Psychological disorders(eg. ADHD, Stress, anxiety). Cervical trauma within last one year. Neurological conditions( eg. Stoke). Neck pain less than three months. Participants in other neck rehabilitation programs. History of cervical surgery within last one year.
