Interventions

Intervention1: L - PRF incorporated with Ofloxacin: Incorporated L-PRF with Ofloxacin 400 mg tablet will be dissolved in 100ml of distilled water. This solution will be mixed with the blood sample and

L-PRF will be then made using 10ml sterile tube without anticoagulant to collect blood. Tubes will be immediately centrifuged for 12 mins at 2700 RPM. This will be placed in the infrabony defect. afte

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 18 and 60 2) Both Male and Female 3) Subjects with Periodontitis and 3 wall infrabony defects 4) Subjects with Periodontitis having pocket depth greater than 3 mm and radiographic evidence of osseous defects

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Systemically compromised Patients 2) Pregnant and lactating women 3) Smokers/ Tobacco users 4) Patients allergic to Amoxicillin and ofloxacin 5) Patients who have been treated previously for Periodontitis
