Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Working adults employed in corporate offices ,who are engaged in sedentary desk based occupations for at least 6hrs per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed from Cardiovascular, respiratory or psychiatric condition. Individuals on sedatives or stimulants. Regular Yoga practitioners. Pregnant Women.

MeasureTime frame
A yoga break is expected to reduce respiratory rate, promote relaxation, and improve autonomic balance. This physiological calming effect is likely to enhance focus, reduce stress, and improve work efficiency in working adults, as shown through biofeedback measurements. Timepoint: Every day Pre and Post Intervention for 3 months
