Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women attending regular antenatal visits at Kandhimathi Multispecialty Hospital and C S I Jeyaraj Annapackiyam Mission Hospital in Tirunelveli District Pregnant women aged between 18 and 40 years Pregnant women in their 6th to 26th week of pregnancy Pregnant women with hemoglobin levels below 11 g/dl Pregnant women who have an Android smartphone with WhatsApp and internet access Pregnant women who can read and write in Tamil

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are not willing to participate in this study Pregnant women with hemoglobinopathies egThalassemia and Hemoglobin E Pregnant women with chronic diseases such as chronic renal disease cancer etc Pregnant women with infectious diseases such as HIV or malaria Pregnant women attending antenatal visits irregularly Pregnant women who cannot read or write in the Tamil language
