Inclusion criteria: Male and female sanitation workers working for at least 1 years, Age between 25 and 60 years, Willing to participate and able to follow instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of spinal surgery or structural spinal deformity Known neurological disorders Congenital shoulder deformities Acute musculoskeletal injuries
