Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chief complaints of the absence of menstruation. 2 Cessation of menstrual cycle 3 to 6 months or more. 3. Normal Thyroid Stimulating harmone 4. Normal serum prolactin

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient below 18 years and above 40 years 2.hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism 3.hyperprolactinemia 4. pregnant women 5. patient who are not willing to give consent 6 lactating mother
