Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Participants age group between 18-25. 2. Should be a part of cricket club at least from last 6 months 3. Participants included will be asymptomatic and have no injuries 3 months before testing. 4. Perform training at least four times a week. 5. Have represented at least in local cricket association with their respective age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current episode of low back pain or any musculoskeletal injury. 2. Those suffering from any neurological disorders. 3. Those who were also engaged in overhead sports other than cricket. 4. Those who have a previous history of injury in abdominal region like stabbed. 5. Inability to follow the exercise routine.
