Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the age group of 20-60 years of suffering from Gridhrasi. 2. Vataj and Vata-Kaphaj both types of Gridhrasi Roga. 3. Sciatica (Gridhrasi Roga) due to disc prolapsed (L4-5 or L5-S1). 4. Sciatica (Gridhrasi Roga) due to Ankylosing Spondylitis. 5. Sciatica (Gridhrasi Roga) due to Spinal Stenosis. 6. Sciatica (Gridhrasi Roga) due to Spondylolisthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Gridhrasi Roga more than 10 years old. 2. Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. 3. Patients on regular medications of other chronic metabolic diseases such as Diabetes, Hypertension, CKD, CAD patients etc. 4. Patients suffering from AIDS, Carcinoma, T.B. Spine, Tumours of Spinal Cord, Malignancy of Pelvis, Diabetic Neuropathy, Cauda-equina Syndrome etc. and on therapies like Chemotherapy, Dialysis, Blood transfusion etc. 5. Women under ANC and lactating mothers as well. 6. Patients suffering from any Congenital anomaly. 7. Patients having intolerance to trail drugs. 8. Patients not willing to give informed consent for the trial.

MeasureTime frame
Gridhrasi is the most obstinate and prominent, one amongst the 80 types of nanatmaja disorders. Effect of Parijat Patra and Kati Basti may show significant results in th etreatment of SciaticaTimepoint: 4 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The patients suffering with Sciatica will be benefitted with new treatment regimen with promising results through ayurvedic treatment regimen.Timepoint: 6 weeks
