Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Those cases fulfilling the diagnostic criteria. 2.Age group between 5 to 15 years of both sexes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of children with bleeding disorders 2. Known cases of congenital mucociliary problems, other severe systemic illness. 3. Past history of adenoid surgery.
