Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescent girls aged 15 to 16 years studying in grade 8 with moderate to high academic stress (PSS score 21 or more) no prior Brain Gym training in last 6 months willing to participate with parental consent and assent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed neurological, psychiatric or developmental disorders Chronic physical conditions limiting participation in exercise Current use of medications affecting cognition or stress levels Regular participation in yoga, meditation or similar programs
