Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients with signs and symptoms of mukhapaka. Patients having age group 2-10 years. Patients who signed the consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having mouth ulcers,redness in oral mucosa,irritability. Patients having family history of stomatitis. Patients undergoing chemotherapy,radiotherapy.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess and compare the reduction in mukhapaka in patients receiving topical application with panchvalkal ghrit versus those receiving topical application with yashtimadhu ghrit.Timepoint: Administration of drug for each subject-30 days.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To analyze patient satisfaction & tolerability of the two ghrit & their effects when used with topical application of yashtimadhu ghrit. To document any adverse effects or complications related to the use of panchavalkal ghrit or yashtimadhu ghrit.Timepoint: Administration of drug for each subject-30 days
