Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fit for Basti. 2.Male or Female patients fulfilling the selection criteria. 3.Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Katigraha such as pain (shool)in lower back and stiffness (grah). 4.Degenerative Changes evident on X-Ray L.S.spine.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient not fit for Basti. 2.Pateint with recent fracture,Tuberculosis of spine,Tumour, or Congenital Anomalies of lumbar spine. 3.Patients with Spondyloarthropathies. 4.Patients with immunocompromised diseases (e.g. AIDS) 5.Patient with any systemic diseases which interfers with study. 6.Children, Pregnant women and Lactating mother.
