Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged between 20 and 60 years, employed in the current organization for at least six months, and willing to give informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and postpartum women Employees with chronic illness with restricted physical activity, including but not limited to severe respiratory, cardiovascular, neurological, musculoskeletal, endocrine, psychiatric, renal, and other conditions.
