Intervention1: SINGI CHUNNAM: Siddha formulation to treat kuthikaal vatham (calcaneal spur) advised to take 100 mg with ghee once a day for 75 days (drug interval of 7 days and medicine for 7 days) C

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with complaint of pain in heel region Patient with Foot function index greater or equal to 50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactation Patients with current history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus HbA1c level of greater than 8 percent Those who received injection therapy like corticosteroids to the foot area in the last 3 months History of trauma or fracture over heel region History of surgery over the heel region

Improvement of Foot Function Index from moderate to mild impairment.Timepoint: 75 days

MeasureTime frame
There maybe pain reduction over heel region and improvement in quality of life.Timepoint: 75 days
