Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals aged 16 to 40 years Selection of Subjects irrespective of sex religion socioeconomic status Subjects who willing consent for research work

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects below the age group of 16-40 years. History of musculoskeletal disorders, recent injuries, systemic illness Chronic illnesses affecting muscle metabolism subjects who denigh to concent for research work.
