Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects with signs and symptoms of Vatashteela in relation to Benign Prostate Hyperplasia will be included. Prostate size between 27cc- 56cc and Post residual urine volume between 50cc - 200cc in USG pelvis. Age group 50 to 70 years will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Subjects of already diagnosed BPH suffering from malignancy congenital deformities of urogenital tract or any other pelvic pathologies. Subjects with Uncontrolled Hypertension and Uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus will be excluded. Subjects with Acute UTI, Renal failure, Urinary stricture. Subjects with any other systemic disorders which interfere with the intervention will be excluded. Subjects unfit for Snehapana and Basti will be excluded in respective group.
