Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 50 years Patients irrespective of sex religion occupation Chronicity less than 5 years Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Vyanga Roga

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having age below 18 years and above 50 years With present history of chronic diseases of skin like Psoriasis Vitiligo Dermatitis etc Patients known case of genetic skin disorder sensitive skin Individuals presenting with hyperpigmentation due to systemic disorders such as Addisons disease or Cushings syndrome congenital conditions like Navus of Ota or neoplastic causes including malignant melanoma etc

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To explore the physiological understanding of Twak Sharir in the context of Vyanga, and correlate it with the modern pathophysiology of melasma. To assess improvements in dermatological parameters such as pigmentation intensity, patch size, and skin tone using both Ayurvedic and modern evaluation methods before and after the intervention. To determine the safety, acceptability, and tolerability of the Lepa formulations i n long- term use. To compare the physiological impact of Krishnatiladi and Siddharthakadi Lepa o n Vyanga MelasmaTimepoint: 45 days
