Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The family members of persons with mental illness who have been taking care of the patients for more than 6 months The family members who live with the patients The family members could be either male or female more than 18 years old The family members who can communicate in English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paid caregivers Family member with Mental illness Caregivers who are elderly with cognitive impairment (caregiver more than 65 years screened by MMSE if score is more than 24 they would be included in the research studies)
