Inclusion criteria: Surgically managed stroke patients First onset of stroke Either sex Aged 18-80 years Both ischemic and hemorrhagic types

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing neurological conditions Diagnosed psychiatric or psychological conditions Recent fractures Discharge against medical advice

MeasureTime frame
The outcome of this study is to explore and understand the factors influencing functional recovery in surgically managed stroke patients. It aims to identify the influence of factors such as the type of surgery, post op complications, treatment characteristics, and number of ICU days stay. Functional independence assessment will be done using the Barthel Index to check the functional recovery of the participants.Timepoint: 3 months—
