Intervention1: Individualised homoeopathic medicine: Giving individualised homoeopathic medicine in suitable potency in sugar milk according to homoeopathic principle with follow up in 2week interval

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with the symptoms of lumbar spondylosis with X- ray changes fulfilling kellgrane Lawrence score 2 - Age group 30-70 - Cases of both sexes and all socioeconomic group

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with advanced degenerative lumbar diseases requiring surgical interventions - oswestry disability index 80-100 percent is excluded - patients under another treatment of the same condition will be excluded - patients with any other serious systemic illness -Pregnancy
