Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults between age of 30 to 50 years who s having neck pain. 2. Neck Pain: Revision 2017 Clinical Practice Guidelines classification patient Having neck pain with mobility defect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of previous neck surgery 2. History of Trauma involving neck last 6 months. 3. Presenting with associated headache 4. Patient having previous history of Cerebro vascular accident. 5. Patient taking any medications for diabetes and hypertension. 6. Neck pain with movement coordination impairments (including WAD) 7. Neck pain with headaches (cervicogenic headache) 8. Neck pain with radiating pain (radicular)(11) 9. Patient having congenital anomaly of neck. 10. Patient taking any medication that affects blood pressure or blood glucose levels.
