Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Young adults between 18 and 25 years of age. Both male and female participants. Individuals showing clinical features of upper cross syndrome (such as forward head, rounded shoulders, or thoracic kyphosis). Participants capable of understanding and willing to provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: History of traumatic injury or surgery affecting the spine, shoulder, or thorax. Diagnosed musculoskeletal, neurological, or respiratory, disorders (such as scoliosis, ankylosing spondylitis, asthma, etc.) Ongoing acute pain or recent injuries that could affect postural assessment or movement. Current participation in a rehabilitation program targeting posture or respiratory mechanics.
