Inclusion criteria: Age group: 18 to 24 Gender: Male and Female Normal BMI: 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 Young adults willing to participate

Exclusion criteria: 1. Visual problems 2. Any fractures, sprains or surgeries (in last 3 months) 3. Severe neurological, musculoskeletal and cardiopulmonary abnormalities. 4. Engaged with regular sports and gym
