Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. To evaluate and measure the gonial and antegonial angles on panoramic radiographs using standardized radiographic landmarks and measurement techniques. 2. To assess the variation of gonial and ante-gonial angles with respect to gender and age in the study population.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a history of mandibular fractures, trauma, or orthognathic surgery affecting mandibular morphology. 2. Patients with systemic bone disorders (e.g., osteoporosis, Paget s disease, hyperparathyroidism) that could influence bone remodelling. 3. Patients with gross facial asymmetry or severe skeletal malocclusion affecting mandibular structure. 4. Patients with poor-quality or distorted panoramic radiographs, including positioning errors or artefacts obscuring the gonial or ante-gonial regions.
