Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presenting with symptoms suggestive of Amlapitta. Able to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known significant hepatic, renal, cardiac disease, or active malignancy. Recent major GI surgery. Pregnancy or lactation. Severe psychiatric illness interfering with comprehension. Current use of strong antacids/PPIs (Proton Pump Inhibitors) started in last 2 weeks
