Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients complaint about- Muhur-Baddham, Muhur Dravam, Durghandhita Mala Pravriti, Utklesh (nausea & vomiting sensation), Aruchi (anorexia), Klama (tiredness), Gaurav (heaviness), Mukhavairasya ( Dysgeusia), Trishna (polydipsia), Udgara (Tikta & amla) (Sour & bitter belching), Adhmana, Shleshma Mala Pravriti (Presence of mucous in stool) and other symptoms of grahani. 2. Patient with symptoms of IBS. 3. Patients of either gender will be taken for study. 4. Patients between 18-60 years (adult age group) of age will be selected. 5. Written consent of the volunteers will be obtained before inclusions in the trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Volunteers not willing for the trial. 2. Volunteers below 18 years and above 60 years. 3. Patients suffering from systemic disorders like Acute diarrhea, Ulcerative colitis, Gastric and peptic ulcer, Patients suffering from Intestinal tuberculosis, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus (Insulin dependent), Hypertension. 4. Pregnant Women
