Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention using either optical coherence tomography or intravascular ultrasound guidance for coronary artery disease. Patients with available procedural data on stent expansion and follow up clinical outcomes at one year were included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete procedural data or missing imaging details. Patients without documented stent expansion measurements. Patients lost to follow up or without one year clinical outcome data. Patients who underwent coronary artery bypass graft surgery instead of percutaneous coronary intervention. Patients with prior heart transplant or significant structural heart disease.
