Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults. Patients undergoing CT abdomen indications. Availability of complete demographic data. High-quality CT scans meeting technical standards. Participants who provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals under 18 years of age. Incomplete demographic or clinical data. CT scans of insufficient quality (e.g., poor resolution). poor-quality or incomplete CT images, gallbladder malignancy, or acute gallbladder-related complications requiring emergency intervention will be excluded from the study. Inability to provide informed consent.

MeasureTime frame
Sensitivity ,specifictity and overall accuracy of the AI augmented NCCT for detailed gallbladder calculi size analysis.Timepoint: At baseline, 4 weeks, and 8 weeks

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the impact of the AI-powered Image Enhancement Assistant on clinical workflow efficiency & decision-making by reducing the time taken for image quality assessment & the number of repeat scans required. Timepoint: Baseline 4 weeks & 8 weeks
