Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Female patients of breast cancer, 3 to 6 months of post diagnosis and on chemotherapy with performance status of 0, 1, 2 of Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG)/WHO system
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe psychiatric disorders, existing meditation practices, and health conditions affecting telomere length independently (e.g., severe autoimmune diseases)
