Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate students No prior pranayama practice (last 12 months)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neurological/psychiatric disorders Cardiovascular/respiratory illness Pregnancy On psychoactive medication Sensory impairments affecting task performance
