Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All primigravida pregnant females undergoing elective cesarean section in our hospital planned under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe medical illness, psychiatric illness, inability to speak or refusal to participate would be excluded from the study.
