Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients capable of signed inform consent Females equal to or above 65 years to 90 years with histologically proved Gynecological Cancer Patients able to swallow drug orally Life expectancy more than 3 months Body weight more than 30 Kg
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Medical Condition compromising safety of patient or quality of data Known allergy or hypersensitivity to drug Escitalopram 10mg
