Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only juvenile delinquents will be selected. Participants will be selected from the observational home only. Age range will be 12 to 18. Only boys will be included. Not a regular yoga practitioner.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject will be from outside the observational home. Subjects below the age of 12 years and above the age of 18 years. The subjects have major physiological health issues. The subjects have severe psychosis health issues. Subjects who are under any kind of severe medication. Subjects who are unable to do yogic practices.
