Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinically diagnosed post-haemorrhoidectomy wound (Day 1 post-operative) Patients between 20 to 80 years of age Patients of either gender, irrespective of religion, occupation, or socioeconomic status Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with k/c/o Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano), k/c/o Ulcerative colitis, k/c/o Syphilis, k/c/o Crohn s disease, k/c/o Tuberculosis and K/C/O Carcinoma of rectum and anal canal,k/c/o rectal prolapsed and severe local sepsis. Patients with uncontrolled Hypertension, k/c/o type II DM, infectious diseases like Retro positive /HbsAg/HCV.
