Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male children aged 1 year to 18 years All types of hypospadias (distal, mid-penile, proximal, penoscrotal) Single stage repair of hypospadias Stage 2 repairs in hypospadias Parents willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Stage 1 repair in staged repairs Known Coagulopathies or hematologic disorders that impair PRP preparation Patients Not willing to give consent

Reduction in postoperative complications including urethroplasty breakdown flap necrosis and urethrocutaneous fistula in participants in whom PRP was used during Hypospadias repairTimepoint: Postoperative day 7 postoperative day 21 postoperative day 30
