Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with any of the clinical features of Stress incontinence Incomplete bladder evacuation Recurrent UTI Feeling of mass coming down on straining Sexual dysfunction Defecatory symptoms Diagnosed as Cystocele

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 2nd 3rd and 4th degree cystocele Patients presenting with urge incontinence Active vaginal infections Uterine pathologies such as fibroid bulky uterus History of any surgical procedures in pelvic area Polyuria associated with uncontrolled diabetes Carcinoma of bladder and genital organs Other conditions causing increase in abdominal pressure like chronic cough constipation
