Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subject willing to sign the consent form for the clinical trial Age-21 to 50 years of either sex All Socio-economic status With no pre-existing medical condition Obesity due to diet and lifestyle BMI more than 25kgm to 39.9 kg m Subject fit for Virechana karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Below 20 and above 50 years Patients with severe systematic or metabolic illness Patient having any disorder like Diabetes Hypertension Ischemic Heart Disease hepatic renal dysfunction Pregnant and lactating women Patients whose having chronic medications that may interfere with metabolism eg Steroid thyroid drug
