Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-III, undergoing elective thyroid and parathyroid surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with airway compression, cardiac, liver and renal disease, pregnancy or lactation, giant thyroid surgery, coagulation disorders, allergy to study drugs
