Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who will be intubated during their stay in the Intensive Care Unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in whom all the components of MACOCHA score cannot be assessed at the time of admission to ICU 2. Pregnancy 3. Intubation performed during cardiopulmonary resuscitation 4. Anticipated difficult airway planned for fibreoptic or surgical tracheostomy
