Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postnatal women aged 23 to 35 years. 2. Women who are 12 to 40 weeks antenatal. 3.Low back pain located between lower rib margin and gluteal folds as per the outcome measures. 4. Willing to participate and provide informed consent. 5. Able to understand and follow instructions in the procedure of acupuncture tens

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. High risk pregnancy (eg., preeclampsia, placenta Previa, multiple gestations with complications) 2.History of recurrent miscarriage with current pregnancy risk 3.pre existing low back pain before pregnancy-low back pain from other causes (e.g. Gynaecological disorders, urinary tract infection, kidney stones.) 4.History of major spinal trauma, surgery or deformities 5. Current use of medications or therapies that may affect pain perception or mobility 6. Inability to give informed consent and inability to understand instructions due to language or cognitive barriers
