Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primi gravida antental mothers with in the age group of 21-35 years 2. primi gravida mothers who are living together with the partner 3. primi gravida mothers with singletone pregnancy 4. no history of infertility 5. no high risk pregnancies 6. no history of physical or mental disorders 7. no previous history of abortion 8. willing to perform exercises and follow instruction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Primi gravida mothers 1. who are not willing to participate in the study 2. who are in high risk pregnancies such as diabetus mellitus, multiple pregnacies, PIH 3. with contraindications related to performing the physical activity
