Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects of age group 25 years to 40 years of either sex 2)Subjects presence of screen time 5 to 6 hours per day 3)Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of poorvarupa of netra roga and acc to american optometric association 4)Subjects fit for vyadhi viparita upashaya chikitsa 5)Subjects wiilingness to follow protocol and give informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Subjects with history of recent trauma or ocular surgery 2 Subjects with contact Lens wearers and strabismus 3 Subjeets with existing chronic eye diseases such as cataract, glaucoma Keratitis Corneal Sear and uleer Pterygium 4 Subjects of systemic illness affecting vision such as Diabetes Mellitus Hypertension Thyroid Disorders and Autoimmune Disorders
