Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Postnatal mothers within 1-7 days of normal vaginal delivery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sever obstetric complication-Postpartum (PPH),Puerperal sepsis,Postpartum eclampsia Chronic Systemic disorders-Diabetes Mellitus,Hypertension,Cardiac disorders,Hepatic and renal disorders Musculoskeletal disorders-Arthritis,Arthropathy or other musculoskeletal disease Psychiatric disorders-Postpartum psychosis,severe depressoin or other psychiatric illnesses Drug intake-Patients on long-term medications affecting pain or inflammation(eg,Analgesics,Steroids)
