Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with bulbar stricture less than or equal to 2 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All female patients with urethral stenosis. Urethral stricture developed after partial or total amputation of penis Staged urethroplasty Pelvic floor urethral distraction defect Stricture after hypospadias or epispadias repair will be excluded from the study

To evaluate the outcome of End to End Urethroplasty in the Management of Bulbar Urethral Strictures less than or equals to 2 cm. 2. To assess the outcome of Buccal Mucosal Graft Onlay Urethroplasty in the Management of Bulbar Urethral Strictures less than or equals to 2 cm. 3. To compare End-to-End Urethroplasty versus Buccal Mucosal Graft Onlay Urethroplasty in the Management of Bulbar Urethral Strictures less than or equals to 2 cm.Timepoint: 3 months from surgery
