Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Individuals with craniovertebral angle less than 49 degree 2 Individuals using smartphones for 3 hours or more per day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Trauma and surgery to the head, neck, upper, back 2 Neurological disorders 3 Any pre-existing cardiovascular, or respiratory disorder (last 6 months) 4 Professional athletes or individuals in occupation influencing FHP
