Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All genders age of 15 to 25 years Reagular training for atleast 1 year Participants must be able to provide written informed consent and assent prior to enrollment Partcipants must be willing to undergo lactate testing procedures and intervention protocols Participants must consent to blood sampling as a part of study assessments Participants must not be using any medications supplements that could influence lactate levels or alter physical performace

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Swimmers with musculoskeletal injuries Recent fracture or surgery less than 6 moths Injuries or ongoing rehabilitation limiting the full participants in swim training and testing protocol. Participants with open wounds or skin lesion.
