Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Partially edentulous patients posterior maxilla or mandible needing implants with vertical ridge augmentation Completely healed extraction sockets good soft tissue no infection Insufficient bone height requiring augmentation using either Ti mesh with particulate bone graft or autogenous bone ring graft Age 20 to 60 years medically fit for surgery Cooperative and willing for follow up Systemically healthy patients Good oral hygiene and periodontal health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients developing systemic disease during the course of study Patients who are pregnant or becoming pregnant in the course of study Patients failing to obtain osseointegration after implant placement
