Inclusion criteria: Purulent tracheal secretion with patient on VAP prevention guidelines New increase infiltrate on chest x ray of ultrasound New or evolving pulmonary infiltrate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent Pre existing pneumonia prior to intubation Pregnancy Recent thoracic trauma or surgery
