Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age groupAge of 16 to 60 Years Patient of either gender Patient having clinical features of Parikartika Patient with well controlled diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diagnosed cases of Malignancy of rectum and anal canal, TB, Ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease will be avoided. Patients with known cases of HIV, HBsAg, HCV. Associated with conditions like Hemorrhoids, Rectal prolapse and Fistula-in-Ano
