Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age- 18-35 years. 2.Gender- both genders will be taken. 3.Patient diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of intellectual disability or neurodevelopmental disorders: e.g. Autism Spectrum Disorder or Intellectual Developmental Disorder, as these may affect emotional intelligence scores. 2.Acute suicidal risk or self-harm behavior requiring immediate clinical intervention. 3.History of substance use disorder in the past 6 months Substance use can impair both emotional regulation and questionnaire validity. 4. Individuals with severe medical conditions: e.g., epilepsy, severe endocrine or metabolic disorders, which may influence mood or cognition.

Assessment of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) severity and Emotional Quotient (EQ), and evaluation of the correlation between them over time in individuals aged 18 35 years after receiving individualized homoeopathic treatment. Assessment Tools: Zanarini Rating Scale for Borderline Personality Disorder (ZAN-BPD) Schutt Emotional Intelligence Scale(SEIS)Timepoint: At baseline (pre-study) and at the end of 3 months (post-study). Follow-up visits will be conducted monthly during the study period.
